Recently, I had a version of this recipe at a friends house and it was delightful. BUT while I was grocery shopping I didn’t pick up a bottle of Sweet Chili Sauce. So, I improvised, and figured you can’t go wrong if you add Sriracha.
I followed the recipe exactly except I used 1.5 cups of coconut milk and I strongly suggest you add Sriracha to taste. It can get really spicy really fast. I also went with out the garnish, not because I didn’t want it, but because I got too excited and ate it all straight out of the oven, like a lady.
