You are never too old for back to school shopping. This fall I really want to get back to the basics. Skinnies with boots and flats and interchangeable tops. Also hunter green is everywhere and I can’t get enough of it. This season I want to focus on getting classics. The perfect boots, the perfect trench etc.
I’m on day 45 of my goal not to shop for 60 days and I’m not as anxious to go shopping as I thought I’d be. Not shopping has made me take a look at the clothes that I do have and appreciate them more. I appreciate the things that I splurged on that have lasted or is the perfect fit. This makes me want to hold off for better crafted pieces, so my itch to go shopping has turned into a more calculated effort to earn the nicer pieces I will have for years.
